Vendors
Vendors of fiber
and sheep related items will be showing their wares at the
Festival. This is a juried selection of vendors.
A letter was mailed to prospective vendors
in January 2007. To view the letter click

Vendors also received a form requesting confirmation of
certain information. The form can be viewed by clicking
here (requires Adobe Reader™).

A vendor may
rent a maximum of two booths.
Tables (2'
x 8') are available at $10.00. Let us know your needs and
they will be placed in your booth.
Vendors will be juried
and the Festival reserves the right to refuse inappropriate
items.
Sales Tax
As of
July 1, 1997 all vendors at festivals must have a Minnesota
Business Tax ID number and collect sales tax on appropriate
items sold. Information on obtaining a Tax ID number
is available
online or
call the Minnesota Dept. of Revenue at (651) 282-5225 to
register by phone. You should download
Sales Tax Fact Sheet 148 “Selling Event
Exhibitors and Operators or ask for a copy when
you register for your ID number.

Opportunities
are available for fiber guilds and other fiber
organizations to promote their organization at
the Festival. Reduced rates/waived fees
are available in exchange for volunteer hours/demonstrations.
