chef and Food Network personality, John Michael Lerma will
share creative secrets for preparing lamb. See the recipes
he will be preparing.
He
grew up on a farm in North Dakota where he learned from
his grandmother to grow fruits and vegetables, prepare large
meals, and can preserves. A frequent guest on KARE 11's
Saturday Morning News Show and Showcase Minnesota, he appears
on WCCO Sunday Morning Live Show, KSTP, and Cities 97 morning
show with BT & Lee. Author of Garden Country,
Corporate Chef at Cooks of Crocus Hill in St. Paul and contributing
chef at Chef's Gallery in Stillwater, he lives in Saint
Paul.
